The first thing that I did when I bought a new apartment last year was to have all the windows replaced, and after talking to a professional contract I agreed that the best thing I could do was to use one of the new Aluminum Sliding Window styles that have come on the market in the past few years. The contractor told me that they are very easy to install, and they are also very good for keeping the value of the house, because they do not tend to degrade so much of the time. Now that they have been installed I’m glad I took his advice.
