Before she passed away, my grandmother made me a number of wool penny rugs. I have them displayed everywhere in my home, but I do not use them as rugs. They are too beautiful to be stepped on, and they mean too much to me for me to allow them to get dirty and muddy. I use them to decorate my home. I place them on the surfaces of my tables and various stands.
