We needed to replace the roof on our home, but we weren’t sure what type of roofing to install. With the variety of choices these days, it was hard for us to determine which would be best for us. After much research, we chose standing seam metal roofing. We also chose to have a professional install the roofing for us. We determined that having the job done right was worth the added expense. Our roof came with a twenty year guarantee, so I know that replacing our roof is not something that we will have to do in the near future.

there are always expenses with owning a home. But some of them are unexpected. we recently experienced a ‘failure’ of our hot water heater which required us to quickly resewrch the availbel options for a new water heater. basically what we did is talk to some of our neghbors and get some suggestions. We also were lucky enough to have a friend in the home improvement business who was very helpful. within about 36 hours we had our new water heater chosen and installed.
